CARRY-UP MEASURE
For customers living in apartments, it's important to ensure that your newly purchased furniture can be delivered smoothly to your unit.
Before placing an order for large furniture items, please measure the dimensions of your building’s elevator and staircase to confirm that the item can be transported safely.
Elevator Measurement Guidelines
To ensure a smooth delivery via elevator, we recommend the following measurements:

- The height of the elevator door should be at least 10 cm more than the length of the furniture.
- The diagonal depth of the elevator cabin should be at least 15 cm more than the width of the furniture.
If the furniture cannot fit into the elevator based on the above guidelines, please inform us in advance.
Staircase Requirements
If delivery via elevator is not possible and our delivery team must use the stairs, the staircase must meet the following condition:
- The height of the staircase must be at least 10 cm higher than the length of the furniture.
We agree to deliver goods to you with the understanding that reasonable access is available. Your responsibility to check the measurements is required to ensure your items will fit through the doorways or passageways leading to your delivery location. Loft Home will not be held responsible for any misfit of measurements.
