At Loft Home, we are committed to providing our customers with the best value for their purchases. If you find another retailer offers a lower price within 100 days of your Loft Home purchase, send us your order number and evidence of the competing price. Approved price differences will be refunded.
Our Lowest Price Guarantee ensures that you can shop with confidence, knowing you are getting the best price available.
In this policy, “Loft Home,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to LOFT HOME US, LLC. “Customer,” “you,” and “your” refer to the person or entity that has placed an order through lofthome.us.
1. ELIGIBILITY
Purchase Period: The guarantee applies to purchases made within the last 100 days.
Geographical Scope: The lower price must be offered by a competing retailer that serves and delivers to the same US state as the order's delivery address.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation from Loft Home must be presented when making a claim.
2. PRODUCT CRITERIA
Identical Products: The product must be identical in brand, model, specifications, and condition to the one purchased from Loft Home.
Stock Availability: The competing retailer must have the product in stock and available for immediate purchase.
Comparable Conditions: The lower price must include all applicable taxes and fees, and must not be subject to special conditions or restrictions.
3. CLAIM PROCESS
Submission Requirements: To submit a claim, you must provide:
-Evidence of the lower price, such as an advertisement, a link to the retailer’s website, or an official quote.
-Proof of your purchase from Loft Home (receipt or order confirmation).
How to Submit: Claims can be submitted via email to support@lofthome.com,
Verification: Loft Home will confirm the price and product details with the competing retailer. This process, which may include checking product availability and conditions, can take up to 14 days.
4. REFUND METHOD
Form of Refund: If the claim is verified, Loft Home will issue a refund of the price difference as store credit.
Processing Time: Refunds will be issued within 7 days of claim approval.
Refund Amount: The refund will be for the exact difference between the Loft Home price and the verified lower price.
5. EXCLUSIONS
Special Pricing: Prices from auctions, liquidation sales, clearance items, or special promotions (e.g., buy one get one free) are excluded.
Product Condition: The guarantee does not apply to used, refurbished, or damaged products. The guarantee applies only to price comparisons with brand-new products. It does not cover comparisons with used, refurbished, or damaged products.
Non-Retail Prices: Prices from wholesale clubs, membership-based retailers, or private sales are excluded.
Errors: The guarantee does not apply to typographical errors or misprints in advertisements.
6. FINAL AUTHORITY
Discretion: Loft Home reserves the right to determine the eligibility of claims and interpret these terms at its sole discretion.
Amendments: Loft Home may amend or terminate this Lowest Price Guarantee at any time without prior notice.
