Changes or cancellations should be requested within 48 hours after receiving your order confirmation email. For parcel deliveries, FedEx, UPS, or the assigned carrier will provide tracking updates by email. What does the warranty cover?

Our Warranty covers confirmed manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Standard furniture is covered for 5 years, genuine leather upholstery for 10 years, mattresses under a Lifetime Warranty, and all electrical parts for 1 year.
