ORDER CHANGE

Cancel or modify orders for free within 48 hours of order confirmation.

Exclusions: Clearance, display, fast delivery, customized items, mattresses, pillows, and rugs.

Refunds are subject to a 50% restocking fee.

Some furniture is handcrafted and made from natural materials, minor dimension variations, including 1-3cm differences, may occur and are considered normal. It shall not be considered a defect, fault, or basis for return, refund, or exchange.

For solid wood, stone, genuine leather, metal, and other natural materials, variations such as wood grain, minor cracks, tree marks, natural surface textures, leather marks, scars, or slight scratches may occur. These are natural characteristics of the material and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Color differences caused by lighting, photography, or screen display settings are also normal and shall not be considered faults, or basis for return, refund, or exchange.
