For bulky furniture, the last-mile carrier will contact you directly to confirm the delivery date and time window. Standard delivery is made to an accessible doorstep or ground-level entrance. What does the warranty cover?

Our Warranty covers confirmed manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Standard furniture is covered for 5 years, genuine leather upholstery for 10 years, mattresses under a Lifetime Warranty, and all electrical parts for 1 year. Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, and natural material variations are not covered. Please review our Warranty Policy for full details.

How does your Lowest Price Guarantee work?

If you find an eligible identical product advertised at a lower price within 100 days of purchase, send us the proof of the lower price with your Loft Home order number. Once verified, Loft Home will refund the price difference by store credit, subject to our Lowest Price Guarantee terms.
