ORDER CHANGE

Cancel or modify orders for free within 48 hours of order confirmation.


RETURN & REFUND

Return in as-new condition within 30 days.

Exclusions: Clearance, display, fast delivery, customized items, mattresses, pillows, and rugs.

Refunds are subject to a 50% restocking fee.

All refunds will be issued as store credit and credited to the email address used to place the order.

These are natural characteristics of the material and are not considered manufacturing defects.

COLOR VARIANCE

Color differences caused by lighting, photography, or screen display settings are also normal and shall not be considered faults, or basis for return, refund, or exchange.
