For parcel deliveries, FedEx, UPS, or the assigned carrier will provide tracking updates by email. If you find an eligible identical product advertised at a lower price within 100 days of purchase, send us the proof of the lower price with your Loft Home order number. Once verified, Loft Home will refund the price difference by store credit, subject to our Lowest Price Guarantee terms.
