For parcel deliveries, FedEx, UPS, or the assigned carrier will provide tracking updates by email. Our Warranty covers confirmed manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Standard furniture is covered for 5 years, genuine leather upholstery for 10 years, mattresses under a Lifetime Warranty, and all electrical parts for 1 year.
