DELIVERY

$150 per order

Includes order processing, packing, freight transportation, customs clearance, warehouse handling, and standard delivery to an accessible doorstep or ground-level entrance.

Carry-in, upstairs delivery, assembly, installation, and packaging removal are not included.

Covers manufacturing defects only. Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, and natural variations in materials are excluded.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Changes or cancellations may be requested within 48 hours after receiving the order confirmation email.

After 48 hours, requests may not be accepted. Once an order has been physically handed to a carrier, it cannot be canceled or recalled.

Any payment-processing fee retained by the payment provider is non-refundable.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges.

Damaged, missing, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours after signing the Proof of Delivery (POD).

Confirmed issues may be resolved through repair or replacement.

Color differences caused by lighting, photography, or screen display settings are also normal and shall not be considered faults or a basis for return, refund, or exchange.

Changes or cancellations should be requested within 48 hours after receiving your order confirmation email. After 48 hours, requests may not be accepted because production, sourcing, or fulfillment may have begun. Once an order has been physically handed to a carrier, it cannot be canceled or recalled. Please review our Sales and Refunds Policy for full details.

For parcel deliveries, FedEx, UPS, or the assigned carrier will provide tracking updates by email. For bulky furniture, the last-mile carrier will contact you directly to confirm the delivery date and time window. Standard delivery is made to an accessible doorstep or ground-level entrance. Carry-in, upstairs delivery, room placement, and assembly are not included. Delivery schedules are determined by the carrier. Please review our Delivery Terms for full details.

Our Warranty covers confirmed manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Standard furniture is covered for 5 years, genuine leather upholstery for 10 years, mattresses under a Lifetime Warranty, and all electrical parts for 1 year. Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, and natural material variations are not covered. Please review our Warranty Policy for full details.

If you find an eligible identical product advertised at a lower price within 100 days of purchase, send us your order number and proof of the lower price. Once verified, Loft Home will refund the price difference by store credit, subject to our Lowest Price Guarantee terms.
