For customers living in apartments, condominiums, or other multi-unit buildings, please confirm that your furniture and its packaging can safely pass through all required access points before placing your order.

Please measure your building entrance, elevator, hallways, stairways, landings, and unit doorway, especially when ordering large furniture.

Please note that packaging dimensions may be larger than the assembled product dimensions.

Elevator Measurement Guidelines

For elevator access, we recommend the following minimum clearances:

• The elevator door height should be at least 4 inches (10 cm) greater than the longest dimension of the furniture.
• The diagonal interior depth of the elevator should be at least 6 inches (15 cm) greater than the width of the furniture.

These measurements are general guidelines only. The shape of the furniture, packaging, hallway turns, and elevator layout may also affect whether the item will fit.

Stairway Access

Standard furniture delivery does not include carrying items up or down stairs unless this service has been expressly confirmed in writing.

Where an approved delivery arrangement requires stair access, the stairway must provide sufficient width, turning space, and overhead clearance. As a general guideline, the vertical clearance should be at least 4 inches (10 cm) greater than the longest dimension of the furniture.

Customer Responsibility

Delivery is provided on the understanding that safe and reasonable access is available.

You are responsible for confirming that the product and its packaging can fit through all entrances, elevators, stairways, hallways, and other passageways leading to the delivery location.

Loft Home is not responsible if delivery cannot be completed because of inaccurate measurements, insufficient clearance, building restrictions, or unsuitable access. Additional storage, handling, or redelivery charges may apply.

Some furniture is handcrafted and made from natural materials; minor dimension variations, including 1-3 cm differences, may occur and are considered normal. It shall not be considered a defect, fault, or basis for return, refund, or exchange.

For solid wood, stone, genuine leather, metal, and other natural materials, variations such as wood grain, minor cracks, tree marks, natural surface textures, leather marks, scars, or slight scratches may occur. These are natural characteristics of the material and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Color differences caused by lighting, photography, or screen display settings are also normal and shall not be considered faults or a basis for return, refund, or exchange.
