$150 per order

Includes processing, packing, handling, and standard delivery to an accessible doorstep or ground-level entrance.

Carry-in, upstairs delivery, assembly, installation, and packaging removal are not included.

WARRANTY

  • Standard furniture: 5 years

  • Mattresses: Lifetime Limited Warranty

Covers manufacturing defects only. Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, and natural material variations are excluded.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Changes or cancellations may be requested within 48 hours after receiving the order confirmation email.

After 48 hours, requests may not be accepted. Once an order has been physically handed to a carrier, it cannot be canceled or recalled.

Any payment-processing fee retained by the payment provider is non-refundable.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges.

Damaged, missing, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours after signing the Proof of Delivery (POD).

Confirmed issues may be resolved through repair or replacement.

COLOR VARIANCE

Color differences caused by lighting, photography, or screen display settings are also normal and shall not be considered faults or a basis for return, refund, or exchange.
