Changes or cancellations should be requested within 48 hours after receiving your order confirmation email. How will my order be delivered and scheduled?

For parcel deliveries, FedEx, UPS, or the assigned carrier will provide tracking updates by email. For bulky furniture, the last-mile carrier will contact you directly to confirm the delivery date and time window. Standard delivery is made to an accessible doorstep or ground-level entrance. What does the warranty cover?

Our Warranty covers confirmed manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Standard furniture is covered for 5 years, genuine leather upholstery for 10 years, mattresses under a Lifetime Warranty, and all electrical parts for 1 year.
