Any payment-processing fee retained by the payment provider is non-refundable.

Damaged, missing, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours after signing the Proof of Delivery (POD).

For solid wood, stone, genuine leather, metal, and other natural materials, variations such as wood grain, minor cracks, tree marks, natural surface textures, leather marks, scars, or slight scratches may occur. These are natural characteristics of the material and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Color differences caused by lighting, photography, or screen display settings are also normal and shall not be considered faults or a basis for return, refund, or exchange.

Should I measure my space before placing an order?

Yes. Please measure your intended space and the full delivery route, including doorways, hallways, corners, elevators, stairways, and landings. Packaging may be larger than the assembled furniture. Review our How to Measure for Furniture Delivery guide before ordering bulky items.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Changes or cancellations should be requested within 48 hours after receiving your order confirmation email. After 48 hours, requests may not be accepted because production, sourcing, or fulfillment may have begun. Once an order has been physically handed to a carrier, it cannot be canceled or recalled. How will my order be delivered and scheduled?

For parcel deliveries, FedEx, UPS, or the assigned carrier will provide tracking updates by email. For bulky furniture, the last-mile carrier will contact you directly to confirm the delivery date and time window. Standard delivery is made to an accessible doorstep or ground-level entrance. Carry-in, upstairs delivery, room placement, and assembly are not included. Delivery schedules are determined by the carrier. Please review our Delivery Terms for full details.

What does the warranty cover?

Our Warranty covers confirmed manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Standard furniture is covered for 5 years, genuine leather upholstery for 10 years, mattresses under a Lifetime Warranty, and all electrical parts for 1 year. Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, and natural material variations are not covered. Please review our Warranty Policy for full details.

How does your Lowest Price Guarantee work?

If you find an eligible identical product advertised at a lower price within 100 days of purchase, send us your order number and proof of the lower price. Once verified, Loft Home will refund the price difference by store credit, subject to our Lowest Price Guarantee terms.
